Update: KKR Tops $80 Billion in Private Investment-Grade Financing

KKR (KKR) said its private investment-grade financing volume in 2026 reached 104% of its full-year 2025 volume as of Sept. 1, according to a Tuesday presentation. The investment firm originated or placed more than $80 billion of private investment-grade financing year-to-date for issuers across six countries and four regions, excluding activity through KKR's captive origination platforms, according to the presentation. The presentation identified Kuwait Petroleum, Enbridge (ENB), Bayer and Samsung Electronics as select 2026 private investment-grade issuers.
