Forgent Power Solutions Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Net Income and Revenue Rise; Sets Fiscal 2027 Guidance; Shares Gain Pre-Bell

07:09 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forgent Power Solutions (FPS) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income of $ 77.3 million on Tuesday, up from $20.6 million a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $461.7 million, compared with $237.6 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $429.9 million. For fiscal 2027, the revenue is expected at $2.4 billion to $2.6 billion, up 76% year on year at the midpoint, while adjusted EPS is expected at $1.26 to $1.40, up 95% at the midpoint. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.09 billion for revenue and $1.19 for EPS. Shares of the company were over 10% higher in Tuesday premarket activity.
