Reuters2026/09/08 10:36- Akastor affiliate AKOFS Offshore completed a USD 300 million reducing revolving credit facility with DNB Bank, Sparebank 1 Sør-Norge.
- Four-year facility is non-recourse to shareholders. Proceeds refinance loans tied to AKOFS Seafarer, AKOFS Santos.
- Financing supports exercising the Aker Wayfarer purchase option at lease-end in Q3 2027 for USD 57.7 million.
- Aker Wayfarer works for Petrobras in Brazil. New four-year contract awarded in Q1 2026 starts in Q3 2027.
