A liquefied natural gas carrier that loaded in Qatar in early June is heading toward the Strait of Hormuz, potentially marking the first visible attempt to exit this key waterway since July. According to vessel tracking data, the Al Marrouna was approaching the Strait of Hormuz on Monday and has listed Pakistan's Port Qasim as its next destination, with an expected arrival on Thursday. It remains unclear whether the vessel will proceed to cross the Strait of Hormuz. Similar voyages have been extremely rare since another Qatari LNG carrier was attacked over two months ago.
