(2) This terminal is located in Yenisei Bay and will become the largest oil port in the north in the future, helping to increase the freight volume along the Northern Sea Route. (3) Putin emphasized that the Northern Sea Route will integrate the Baltic, the Arctic, and the Far East, creating a short, economical, and secure channel to global markets, which is particularly vital given the current complex international situation.
