09:55 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SoundHound AI (SOUN) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of LivePerson (LPSN) and appointed John Collins as chief financial officer of the combined company. Collins has previously served as founder, CFO, COO and interim CEO at LivePerson. The acquisition combined LivePerson's enterprise digital messaging platform with SoundHound's voice agentic AI technology. SoundHound said the combined company is targeting more than $500 million in future revenue from its existing customer base. Price: 6.66, Change: -0.08, Percent Change: -1.19
