Broadcom (AVGO.US) has provided guidance for its artificial intelligence semiconductor revenue in Q4 of fiscal year 2026, projecting it to reach $21.7 billion, a year-on-year increase of 236%.

Analyst conference call: Broadcom CEO Hock Tan said the fiscal 2026 AI business revenue guidance has been raised from $56 billion to $58 billion. Hundreds of millions of TPUs will be delivered each year in the coming years. Anthropic is expected to deploy 5GW of TPUs in 2027, which could make the company our largest chip client in 2027. OpenAI is also expected to deploy 5GW of chips (Jalapeno + next-generation XPU products) in 2028, potentially becoming our second largest chip client in 2028.
