03:08 PM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PagSeguro Digital (PAGS) shares were up over 7% in Wednesday trading following its dividend and share buyback plans. Late Tuesday, the firm said it expects to distribute at least 2 billion Brazilian reais ($391.5 million) in dividends during 2027 and 2028 as part of its capital optimization plan. PagSeguro also said its board has authorized a program to buy back up to $150 million of Class A shares, effective immediately with no fixed expiration date.
