01:21 PM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LivePerson (LPSN) stockholders approved the company's acquisition by SoundHound AI (SOUN) at a special meeting. The transaction is expected to close Friday, LivePerson said Wednesday in a statement. LivePerson shares rose 2% in Wednesday trading, and SoundHound fell 1.6%. Price: 3.03, Change: +0.06, Percent Change: +2.02
