Kane Biotech Reaches Distribution Agreement For Revyve Products

11:49 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kane Biotech (KNE.V) said Wednesday it signed a distribution agreement for its antimicrobial products with Ottawa-based Ontario Medical Supply (OMS). The agreement gives OMS a non-exclusive right to sell the products in Canada. It also establishes a framework for product ordering, training, quality management and complaint reporting. OMS will purchase Kane's revyve Antimicrobial Wound Gel and revyve Antimicrobial Wound Gel Spray, and market the products through its wound care sales activities. Kane will provide product training and sales materials, a statement said. Kane's revyve product line is designed to address biofilms, which are a significant contributor to antibiotic resistance in wounds, and wound bacteria. The products have been approved by the FDA and Health Canada, the company said. The company's shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.03, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
