Citizens Financial to Redeem All Outstanding Shares of Series G Preferred Stock

11:03 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Citizens Financial (CFG) said Tuesday it will redeem all outstanding shares of its 4.000% fixed-rate reset non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, series G on Oct. 6. The preferred stock will be redeemed at a price of $1,000 per share, according to the company. Following the redemption date, no shares of series G preferred stock will remain outstanding and dividends related to the preferred stock will no longer accrue, Citizens Financial further said. Price: 68.47, Change: -0.40, Percent Change: -0.58
