10:16 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banner (BANR), parent of Banner Bank, completed the acquisition of Pacific Financial (PFLC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bank of the Pacific. Systems integration is planned for November, Banner said Tuesday in a statement. Former Pacific Financial shareholders received 0.2633 Banner shares for each Pacific Financial share and now hold about 7% of the combined company. Price: 69.52, Change: -0.62, Percent Change: -0.88
