Global Water Resources Completes $10 Million Private Placement, Boosts Credit Facility

09:29 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Global Water Resources (GWRS) said Tuesday it has completed a $10 million private placement and increased its revolving credit facility with Northern Trust to $30 million from $20 million. The private placement involved about 1.1 million shares of common stock at $8.85 per share, the company said. The amended revolving credit facility will mature on Aug. 30, 2028, the company said, adding it had $5.8 million drawn under the facility as of June 30. Net proceeds from both transactions will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures, Global Water Resources said. Shares of Global Water Resources were down 3% pre-bell Tuesday.
