09:00 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare stocks were mixed premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV) 0.9% higher and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) down 0.5% Novartis (NVS) shares were up more than 6% after the company said phase 3 trials of remibrutinib showed significantly reduced annualized relapse rates compared with teriflunomide in adults with relapsing multiple sclerosis.
