Ripple‘s XRP traded in negative territory on Tuesday, following a brief rebound in the prior session. Despite last week’s double-digit decline, some analysts pointed to improving fundamentals that could support a more extended recovery.

Resilient ETF inflows bolster XRP

XRP has continued to draw institutional capital through spot exchange-traded funds, even as broader cryptocurrency markets consolidate after recent rallies. Data showed that spot XRP ETFs registered $5.64 million in net inflows on Monday, pushing their positive inflow streak to 10 consecutive days since August 18.

Weekly net inflows for XRP ETFs surpassed $110 million last week, marking the strongest performance since early December 2025. While XRP underperformed on Tuesday, declining by nearly 1% from the start of the week, persistent institutional demand has added a layer of support for the altcoin.

Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies also saw modest losses, with Bitcoin dipping below $78,000 and logging a decrease of less than 1%.

Spot XRP ETFs recorded 10 consecutive days of net inflows, totaling $5.64 million on Monday. Last week’s total surpassed $110 million, representing the highest weekly inflows since December 2025, according to CoinGlass.

Continued inflows into XRP-linked ETFs could reduce the available supply on the market and reinforce demand. Additional institutional investment would provide further support for the token’s ongoing recovery.

Technical outlook: XRP clings to key support levels

Technically, the XRP/USD 4-hour chart has maintained a bullish structure, even as the wider crypto market entered a consolidation phase in recent days. On Tuesday, XRP traded around $1.36, staying above several important exponential moving averages and retaining a cautiously optimistic near-term perspective.

The 200-day exponential moving average, positioned at $1.35, serves as the key support for now. The 50-day and 100-day EMAs cluster near $1.21, strengthening the broad demand zone below the current trading price.

Holding above these averages suggests that XRP’s underlying trend remains positive, despite the recent slide from overbought market conditions. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has dropped to 44, below its neutral level, after reaching previous extremes. Although this indicates a decrease in buying pressure, the indicator remains above its midpoint and does not yet signal a shift into bearish territory.

The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) has dipped slightly into negative territory, hinting at weakening momentum. However, the broader outlook remains constructive as long as XRP sustains its position above the 200-day EMA.

Should buying interest increase, traders may look to the horizontal resistance level at $1.90 as the next significant target. Sellers could become more active near that area, making it an important obstacle for any extended rally.

If downside pressure persists and XRP closes below the $1.35 support, attention is likely to shift to the $1.30 horizontal support zone. In the event of a deeper pullback, the 50-day and 100-day EMAs near $1.21 could come into focus, with $1.00 acting as the next major technical support.

Monitoring these technical indicators is increasingly relevant as investors adapt to rapid changes in the crypto and financial markets. While traditional markets depend on layers of intermediaries, Wall Street is steadily transitioning toward Web3. Investors now have the ability to hold tokenized shares of prominent U.S. companies, gold, and silver directly in crypto wallets, using platforms like 1stepSwap. These innovations tokenize real-world assets and optimize trades by securing the best prices automatically, effectively sidestepping middlemen.

XRP’s ability to maintain support at $1.35, alongside continued strength in ETF inflows, is expected to play a central role in determining whether its current rebound evolves into a broader recovery.
