Climb Bio's Upcoming CLYM116 Data Could Support Longer Dosing, Strong Potency, Oppenheimer Says

11:54 AM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Climb Bio's (CLYM) upcoming CLYM116 data could show strong drug activity, longer-lasting effects and potential dosing every eight to 12 weeks, which would strengthen the drug's position against rivals, Oppenheimer said in a note Monday. The investment firm said it expects Thursday's phase 1 update to show how different doses affect IgA levels and how long the treatment effect lasts. A 60% to 70% drop in IgA at relatively low doses would support its view that CLYM116 may be more potent than competing drugs, Oppenheimer said. CLYM116 may also provide longer-lasting effects by clearing the APRIL protein more effectively, while its ability to use higher doses could further extend the treatment benefit, according to the note.
