Microsoft-Backed OpenAI Plans to End Cursor Contract Tied to SpaceX

OpenAI said the decision follows concerns about SpaceX's compliance with its contracts and terms of service. The company said a change in control of Cursor gave it a limited window to cancel the agreement and that it will not provide future models, including Astra, to Cursor.
