The truth behind the financial report: NVIDIA may have become the "central bank" of the AI industry. As of the end of July, the chip manufacturer’s holdings in listed and unlisted companies were valued at 95.6 billion USD, while at the beginning of 2020 this figure was less than 100 million USD. NVIDIA stated that its total equity investment currently amounts to about 99 billion USD. Now, NVIDIA’s investment portfolio covers major industry players such as Intel, CoreWeave, Coherent, Nokia, Synopsys and Nebius.
