05:38 PM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Osisko Gold Group (OGG) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Alexander Dann plans to retire and will step down from his role following a transition period. Elijah Tyshynski, former CFO of ATEX Resources and O3 Mining, will be appointed CFO following the transition period, the company said.
