Shares of 707 Cayman surged 61% as intraday trading volume soared to over 14.1 million from a daily average of roughly 1.14 million. Autonomix Medical (AMIX) entered into a warrant inducement agreement with an investor to exercise immediately certain outstanding warrants issued on July 15, the company said late Monday. The investor agreed to exercise the warrants to purchase 857,462 shares at an exercise price of $5.75, above Monday's $5.37 closing price. Shares advanced 51%, with intraday trading volume catapulting to more than 24.8 million from a daily average of about 3.97 million. Swvl (SWVL) entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for a $13 million private placement led by Coefficient LP, a US investment firm backed by the Sawiris family of Cairo, Egypt, it said Tuesday.
