NU E Power Appoints John Windsor as COO

09:28 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NU E Power (NUE.CN) appointed John Windsor as chief operating officer, effective Aug. 31, it said Tuesday. Before joining NU E Windsor served as chief operating officer of Envest, the company said. He has served more than twenty years in senior operating roles at Canadian publicly listed power companies, including Algonquin Power & Utilities (AQN.TO), Northland Power (NPI.TO) and Emera (EMA.TO), added NU E Power. "John has run 3,200 MW across eleven power markets," said Chief Executive Officer Broderick Gunning. "He has integrated acquisitions, brought partners into operating assets, and taken a portfolio all the way through to sale."
