Rackspace Technology Launches Enterprise Cloud Service

09:06 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rackspace Technology (RXT) has launched Rackspace Cloud, a managed cloud platform supported by Broadcom's (AVGO) VMware Cloud Foundation 9.1, the company said Tuesday. The service will first be made available in Dallas, soon followed by northern Virginia and the Chicago area. Rackspace Cloud capabilities include elastic consumption and support for virtual machines, as well as enterprise g-ade isolation, security and governane controls, the company said. Shares of Rackspace were up over 3% in recent premarket trading Tuesdsay.
