Immatics Announces $150 Million Underwritten Offering

07:29 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Immatics (IMTX) said Tuesday that it has agreed to sell 12,945,916 ordinary shares at $8.69 each, and in lieu of ordinary shares to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to buy as much as 4,315,304 ordinary shares at $8.689 per pre-funded warrant. The gross proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Wednesday, are expected to be $150 million. The company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy as much as 2,589,184 additional shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Shares of Immatics were up 1.8% pre-bell.
