Scentre Group FY26 first-half FFO rises 4.4% to $612 million

- Distributions climbed 4.9% to AUD 481 million, while statutory profit was AUD 975 million including an unrealized valuation gain of AUD 478 million.
- Customer visits rose 3.5% year to date to 347 million; occupancy edged up 0.1 percentage point to 99.8%.
- Full-year FFO guidance was raised to at least 23.79 cents per security; full-year distribution guidance increased to 18.473 cents per security.
- CEO Elliott Rusanow highlighted focus on earnings growth from Westfield in Australia and New Zealand, alongside value creation from strategic land holdings.
