Reuters2026/08/20 12:29- BNY will redeem all outstanding Series F Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, including 1,000,000 depositary shares representing 1/100th interests.
- Redemption date set for Sept. 20, 2026, with cash paid Sept. 21, 2026.
- Holders to receive USD 1,000 per depositary share, equivalent to USD 100,000 per Series F preferred share.
- Dividend payable on the payment date remains separate, based on the applicable record date.
- Shares cease to be outstanding on the redemption date, with dividends no longer accruing thereafter.
