- Deployment includes 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs; cluster expected to go live later this year at Bell’s Merritt, British Columbia facility.
- Expected capex totals about USD 185 million; customer to pay an upfront deposit of about USD 35 million.
- GPU infrastructure delivery and deployment targeted for calendar Q4; HPC/AI daily revenue projected at about USD 500,000.
