- Deal included USD 300 million floating-rate notes due 2030.
- Also priced USD 1.2 billion 4.755% fixed-to-floating callable notes due 2030.
- Offering rounded out with USD 1 billion 5.182% fixed-to-floating callable notes due 2034.
