Cap Labs announces new Stabledrop program; Frontier participants who incurred losses will receive cUSD compensation
Foresight News reported that stablecoin protocol Cap Labs has announced a new plan for Stabledrop. According to the latest proposal, users holding capped tokens in the Frontier Program will receive $4.2 million in stablecoin compensation, with the full reward coming from token sales funds. Frontier participants currently at a loss will be granted enough cUSD to offset their losses.
The updated Stabledrop will become redeemable starting July 13, 2026, and users can claim it within the following three months. Only Frontier Program participants who incurred losses from purchasing Pendle YT are eligible for this compensation. Users holding cUSD or providing liquidity to Pendle LP will not receive stablecoin rewards.
