Pacifica Testnet Launches Vaults Feature, Allowing Users to Create or Join Strategy Vaults to Earn Yield

Users can view existing vaults, deposit funds to follow strategies for yield, create their own vaults, set parameters such as deposit limits and profit-sharing ratios, and manage transactions.
