Oracle appoints former Schneider Electric executive as new Chief Financial Officer

Glonghui, April 7 – Oracle announced the appointment of Hilary Maxson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, filling a key management vacancy. This appointment comes as the company accelerates investments in data centers and infrastructure. Maxson previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Schneider Electric. Following the new appointment, Doug Kehring will step down as Oracle's Chief Financial Officer and return to lead the company's marketing-related operations.
