ChainCatcher reported that the CLARITY Act has seen key developments recently: a compromise draft proposes to restrict platforms from offering returns on idle token balances. For Circle, this may limit the expansion of some interest-bearing products; however, once the regulatory framework is established, USDC's compliance status could become clearer.
