ChainCatcher News, according to the official announcement on the MARA website, the transaction for MARA France to acquire a 64% stake in Exaion has been completed, with EDF remaining as a minority shareholder and client; NJJ has acquired a 10% stake in MARA France.
Exaion operates HPC data centers and secure cloud/AI services. The board includes Xavier Niel and MARA CEO Fred Thiel, and the company plans to accelerate its expansion in Europe.
