Foresight News reported that Balancer announced the opening of the white hat rescue fund application window for the Balancer V2 incident on November 3, 2025, starting today and lasting for 180 days. Users can check the amount they are eligible to claim, sign the relevant terms, and apply for the recovered tokens. According to BIP-892, the fund allocation method stipulates that each pool's funds are distributed only to the liquidity providers of that pool, proportionally based on the BPT holdings at the snapshot block, and all cash payments are made in actual tokens. Affected users must apply within 180 days; assets not claimed within the deadline will become dormant and their allocation will be determined by subsequent governance proposals. The investigation is still ongoing. Any funds recovered in the future may be distributed to affected users after going through Balancer's governance process.

According to previous Foresight News reports, Balancer V2 suffered a vulnerability attack at 15:46 on November 3, resulting in losses of approximately $121.18 million. Due to coordinated responses from various parties, multiple security measures were deployed after the issue was discovered, and about $45.7 million of user funds were protected or recovered.

Spot gold: Range-bound fluctuations, sell on rallies, buy on dips

Reason for analysis: Spot gold rebounded near a two-month low, but the Federal Reserve meeting minutes show that most officials believe it may continue to raise interest rates this year. The strengthening of the US dollar and high US Treasury yields still exert pressure. The easing of tensions between the US and Iran has reduced some safe-haven demand. After technical indicators became oversold in the short term, there was a corrective rebound, but a reversal has not yet occurred, so the range-bound strategy is maintained. Key focus: US Treasury yields, US Dollar Index, geopolitical situation Resistance: 4200, 4230, 4270 Support: 4130, 4100, 4070
