ChainCatcher reports that, according to official sources, WINkLink, the core oracle infrastructure of the TRON ecosystem, has announced the completion of a comprehensive ecosystem upgrade and is now officially open to developers worldwide. This upgrade will provide higher security, more reliable, and scalable on-chain data services for diverse application scenarios on the TRON network, including DeFi, NFT, and RWA. WINkLink continues to work closely with the TRON network to jointly advance the construction of a decentralized data network. The project now invites global data consumers, providers, and node operators to join and collaboratively build the next generation of blockchain data service ecosystems.

October 9 – Goldman Sachs pointed out that India's implementation of a 30% profit margin cap on non-scheduled anticancer drugs (link) will have limited impact on hospitals.
