MicroStrategy has submitted a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) outlining its plan to issue and sell up to $750 million worth of stock for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Bitcoin and operational funds. In response to this news, $BTC surged.
