Can I Still Use My Existing Bitget Card?

This article provides information about the continued availability of existing Bitget Card and what to do when your card expires.

 

Existing Bitget Card availability

Existing Bitget Card remain active and can continue to be used as usual. There is no impact on daily card spending or supported payment activities. Please note that existing Bitget Card cannot be renewed after they expire. Once your card expires, apply for a new card through the Bitget Wallet app.

Checking a Pending Bitget Card Application

Starting from August 1, 2026, users with a pending Bitget Card application can check their application status or submit required information through the Bitget website:

1. Visit Bitget Website.

2. Go to Buy Crypto > Bitget Card.

3. Review your application status and submit any required information.
