According to Golden Ten Data, sources reveal that Blackstone Group (BX.US) and Warburg Pincus are exploring the sale of IntraFi, in a deal that could value the fintech firm at more than 10 billion USD. These sources said the two private equity firms have hired Morgan Stanley and Guggenheim Securities to advise on the sale process for IntraFi, which is still at an early stage. The sources also added that no final decision has been made, and Blackstone and Warburg Pincus may choose to retain the business.
