according to @ai_9684xtpa monitoring, in addition to Flow Traders, the suspected Arrington Capital address (Arkham tag displayed) also received 5 million PARTI tokens from the project party contract address, accounting for 2.14% of the circulating tokens, and has now recharged all tokens into the exchange.
