How to Join the Anthropic IPO on Bitget With IPO Prime
An initial public offering (IPO) is the moment a private company first sells its shares to the public. For most retail investors, getting shares at the offer price is hard. Few brokers give retail clients an allocation, opening an account takes time, the amount you receive is uncertain, and delivery is slow. Bitget IPO Prime is another product built as a meaningful part of a UEX that lets you subscribe to a US IPO with USDT through an institutional placement network. Real shares are bought and held in custody, and you receive an rToken for your allocation in your Bitget account.
With Anthropic filing its S-1 registration statement to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT expected in mid-November 2026, there's no better example or place to start your US stocks trading journey than getting some Anthropic exposure at Bitget IPO Prime.

IPO Prime offers 2 rounds. The VIP round gives a higher chance of a large allocation and charges a higher fee. The public round costs less and is open to more people, but the allocation is less certain.

The VIP round runs through professional placement channels. These are the funds, family offices, and broker distribution desks that receive IPO shares from the underwriters. Our partner channels have filled 40% to 80% of requests in past offerings.
The public round is a lighter way to take part with a small amount. On listing day, the rToken starts trading once ANT has its opening price on Nasdaq, which can be some time after the US market opens.
In either round, a listing can be delayed or may not happen, and a new stock can trade below its offer price from the first day.

How your USDT becomes an rToken

Step 1: Subscribe
You lock USDT or USDGO, choose the VIP round or the public round, and set the amount you want. The minimum is 100 USDT. Your funds stay locked until allocation, and any part that is not allocated will get a bonus APR at Bitget Earn. You can turn on auto transfer to enjoy 7% APR on your USDT and 10% APR on your USDGO for 15 days. Interests are paid on an hourly basis and assets can be redeemed at any time.
Step 2: Pricing and allocation
On IPO day, before the US market opens, our partner fund will confirm the final offer price. We then calculate each person's allocation:
Your allocation = overall allocation of the current round x your share in the overall subscription,
where:
Your share in the overall subscription = your valid subscription / overall subscription
Unallocated funds and the matching fee are refunded under the event rules.
Step 3: Settlement
The partner fund or broker gets the real shares, which will be moved into a segregated account at a regulated broker or custodian. The real shares settle before any rToken is minted.
Step 4: Custody check and minting
The custodian confirms the number of shares held. A smart contract then mints rTokens into your Bitget account at 1:1 economic exposure. One rToken follows the economics of one share, but it does not carry the share's vote. VIP-round rTokens arrive from T+3 to 5 working days, and public-round rTokens are processed first on listing day.
Step 5: Trading
The rToken opens for trading on Bitget. Its price references the ANT order book on Nasdaq, and on-chain matching can add a short delay and a spread. Once your rToken is delivered, we add no lock-up. You can hold it, sell it, or use it wherever Bitget supports rTokens.
A worked example in the VIP round
Say you subscribe 2,000 USDT in the VIP round, and the channel's actual allocation ratio for this IPO is 50%. All figures here are illustrative since the share count and price range for ANT are not yet set.
1. Your allocation is 2,000 × 50% = 1,000 USDT.
2. The other 1,000 USDT, with its matching fee, is refunded under the event rules.
3. Say the final offer price is 100 USD per share. Minus a 12% fee, your 1,000 USDT buys 8.8 shares, which the partner fund settles into custody.
4. Once the custodian confirms the shares, rTokens will be minted into your account between T+3 and T+5 business days.
The upfront fee for your round is shown on the subscription page before you confirm, so you see the full cost before your USDT is locked.
Open a Bitget account to subscribe with USDT and receive your allocation as an rToken in the same account as your crypto.
What you hold once the rToken arrives
Your rToken gives you economic exposure to Anthropic: its price follows the ANT share price. What it does not give you is the share itself. There are no shareholder voting rights and no direct share registration.
Because the price references Nasdaq, the rToken is most closely tied to ANT during US market hours. Outside them, or when depth is thin, a market order can fill further from the last price than you expect. A limit order caps the price you pay or receive.
Trading Anthropic on Bitget
IPO Prime gives you a path from USDT to an rToken backed by real IPO shares, with a visible allocation formula and a refund for whatever is not filled. Traders around the world will now be able to participate in something they didn't have the chance to, on blockchain. This is Bitget's approach towards making finance more accessible to every person, as well as another meaningful statement for its UEX position.
If you want to trade a view on Anthropic without waiting for an allocation, the ANTHROPICUSDT perpetual runs 24/7 from the same USDT balance, and leverage on it can liquidate your margin. Once your rToken is delivered, it sits in rToken spot beside your other US stock exposure and your crypto.
